Multi-award winner, producer/director,
Keith Rateliff, has worked over a quarter of a century honing his craft. From working with entertainers such as Bob Hope to sport figure Michael Jordan, this particular project became of interest to Keith in 1978 after hearing of Gacy's arrest. "Unlicensed Cemetery" took over eight years to complete and is an in-depth study of the the events that led to the arrest and execution of John Wayne Gacy.
